The scope of the project included the removal of the existing roof system, the erection of a full scaffold enclosure, and the installation of a standing seam roof and flat roof. Bristol Childrens Hospital - Soft Space Environment Koddis Construction Ltd is proud to announce that it has recently been awarded a new contract to provide a soft space environment for Bristol's Children's Hospital. This project will span five weeks and be located in the heart of the hospital's very busy emergency department, offering a unique and challenging environment. Elgar House, Southmead Hospital Koddis Construction Ltd is delighted to announce that we have recently been awarded a new contract for 17 weeks to install an external lift at Elgar House, Southmead Hospital in Bristol. The project will involve structural alterations to the building in order to accommodate the new lift and associated external works. In addition, an internal refurbishment will also be carried out as part of the contract. Our team of skilled specialists is already working hard on-site and we look forward to seeing the end results.

Colliers Yard, Radstock - Asbestos Roof Replacement Koddis Construction Ltd recently completed a major project at Colliers Yard in Radstock near Bristol. The project involved the removal of an asbestos roof, structural repairs, installation of a new slate roof and internal repairs. The asbestos roof was removed carefully and safely to ensure that no dust or debris escaped into the environment. The structural repairs included replacing rotted timbers and strengthening existing structures. A new slate roof was installed which will provide greater protection from the elements for many years to come.
