We are delighted to announce the commencement of an exciting new project: the Whitefriars Relocation. This project is set to facilitate the relocation of staff members from Bristol & Weston NHS Trust to their new premises within the Whitefriars building, situated in the heart of Bristol. Koddis Construction have successfully handed back ward D-703 to Bristol's Haematology and Oncology Centre

The project was successfully carried out within a very sensitive ward at Bristol's Haematology and Oncology Centre. Key to the project was successfully controlling construction dust and debris from entering the main ward, whilst carrying out the refurbishment project on level 7.

D703 ward cares for a wide range of patients with blood related cancers (such as leukaemia, lymphoma and myeloma) and non-malignant haematological conditions (such as sickle cell disease).

The project consisted of the deconstruction of existing partition walls, M&E alterations, and installations along with medical gases, construction of new partitional walls, suspended ceiling, decorations, floor coverings & fixtures and fittings, to provide additional bed space and isolation rooms.

Phase 1 consisted of the deconstruction of load bearing masonry walls to facilitate a new larger recovery room. Adaptions and installation of new M&E services along with medical gases. Our latest appointment from Urban Myth Films is a whopper. We have been formally appointed to create new dressing rooms, make up rooms, breakout areas and laundry provisions. Works also include M&E alterations & installation along with decorations and general refurbishment works to the existing space.

Externally new foul drainage will be installed along. with both hard & soft landscaping.

Koddis Construction has been formally appointed to carry out alterations & refurbishment works at Pucklechurch Industrial Estate in Bristol. The works consist of single ply roofing covering replacements to both units 9&10. Resin flooring works, decorations to internal parts and general dilapidation repairs.
